How many people do you travel for?
We have a minimum service cost of $850
for location bookings. This is typically the cost of X4 Adults + travel. 

How much do you charge for travel?
We calculate our location fee based on KM's and time travelled to and from a location. Please fill out the contact form for a location quote.

Do you charge less for short hair/blow waves?
We charge a flat fee for all additional hairstyling, this includes short hair and blow waves. 

Does booking a trial mean my date is secure?
Due to demand, we cannot hold wedding dates without a deposit and we cannot pencil in dates. We can only hold wedding dates with deposits.

Does my trial amount come off my final invoice?
No, trials are a completely separate booking and cost. 

How does the deposits work?
We send an invoice for $100 to secure bookings. This is payable via online bank transfer. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable due to demand for dates. The deposit amount is deducted from your final invoice 2 weeks out from your wedding day.

Where will my trial be?
Trials are held at our purpose built studio in Greensborough, VIC. Due to being located on a residential property we will send out the address and parking map one week prior to new appointments.  

Can I bring someone with me to my trial?
We respectively ask that the person having the trial be the only guest at trial. Due to the nature and size of the salon we strictly do not allow extra guests to accompany the guest having the trial. 

I think I'll need you to start before 7.00am, is this possible?
Unfortunately we currently cannot commence bookings before 7.00am

Do you do single bookings in salon? 
Unfortunately Shauna is not taking single booking appointments in salon for the time being.
